The Pit Boss Pro Series Wood Pellet and Gas Combo Grill combines the best grilling fuels with the smartest technology to bring you a powerful outdoor cooking experience. Equipped with advanced wireless and Bluetooth® technology, you can use the Pit Boss Grills application to control temperature settings, monitor your grill's meat probes, and much more from the convenience of your phone. Featuring more than 1,262 square inches of cooking surface, the Pro Series 1100 is ready to cook your favorite meals everyday. Its 8-in-1 versatility allows you to smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, grill, char-grill, or barbeque using 100% all-natural hardwood pellets or liquid propane, allowing you to achieve the rich and smoky aroma of a real wood grill or make your favorite dishes using the convenience of gas. Additional features of the Pit Boss Pro Series 1100 Combination Grill include a 180-500°F temperature range, 20-pound hopper, a premium-gauge stainless steel build, porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates, one included stainless-steel meat probe, adjustable smokestack, four independent gas burners, locking caster wheels, grease management system, and a front folding shelf.
