Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We get it, we change our minds too.

All orders may be canceled if they have not shipped. All Shipped order may be returned if they comply with our Return Policy.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Product Inventory

Products With Inventory Displayed: These items are presently stored in one of our distribution centers and are accessible for same-day shipping.

Products with no inventory Displayed: These products are readily available in our warehouse, and you have the option to order them with maximum quantities.

Pre Ordered Products: These products are ordered directly from the manufacturer and may experience a delayed shipping time of 1-4 days after the order is placed. However, rest assured that once the products arrive at our warehouse within 1-3 days, they will be conveniently shipped out to fulfill your order.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-4 business days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, Gases, Paint, HVAC Units, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 All Pallet Shipments Are Subject To Restocking Fees

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 1-4 days from when we receive the item(s).
