Nuestros bebederos galvanizados para agua se fabrican en nuestras instalaciones de fabricación de última generación dedicadas a la producción de tanques de agua. Tomamos acero laminado plano, recubierto con zinc G90 de alta resistencia, lo cortamos en longitudes precisas y luego lo guiamos hasta darle forma en molinos de conformado controlados por computadora que fabrican los mejores tanques de agua galvanizados del mundo a un ritmo más rápido y con pocas posibilidades de error humano. Los tanques formados se combinan con fondos cortados con precisión, se sueldan por puntos y se unen mediante una estación de costura guiada y controlada por computadora que hace 3 circunferencias alrededor del fondo de cada tanque antes de aplicar el sellador. Luego, se llenan 3 o 4 juegos de tanques por día con agua para fines de prueba para que nunca salgan tanques con fugas de la planta. Cuentan con fondos galvanizados de calibre 20 y lados de calibre 21, así como una costura de doble cierre de cuatro capas en la parte inferior sellada con sellador de costura adhesivo/sellador para una unión superior.
