Special-order questions

Is the item already in a Saber Sales warehouse?
Not necessarily. A special-order item may be sourced or shipped directly from a manufacturer, distributor or another fulfillment location after the order is placed.
Is the processing estimate a guaranteed delivery date?
No. Processing time describes how long the supplier may need before shipment. Carrier transit time begins afterward. Supplier, inventory, weather and carrier delays can affect the final delivery date.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is normally issued after the supplier or fulfillment location has prepared the order and the carrier has accepted the shipment.
Can I cancel a special order?
Contact Saber Sales immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after supplier processing begins. Fees or restrictions may apply depending on the item and order status. Review the Refund Policy.
Can a special-order product be returned?
Return eligibility depends on the individual product and current policy. Some items may be returnable while others may be final sale, subject to restocking fees or require return shipping. Review the product details and Refund Policy before ordering.
What happens if the supplier cannot fulfill the order?
Saber Sales may contact you with updated availability, a revised timeline, an alternative option or additional instructions. Do not schedule installation until the product has arrived and been inspected.
Can I request a quote for multiple special-order products?
Yes. Add the products and quantities to your cart and follow the instructions on the Quotes page. Quote pricing does not guarantee inventory reservation.
Should I schedule an installer before delivery?
No. Wait until the complete product has arrived, been inspected for damage and confirmed to match your order before scheduling installation.
