La válvula de alivio de expansión térmica SharkBite TER-1 evita la acumulación excesiva de presión en un sistema de plomería de circuito cerrado. El TER-1 combina una válvula de bola de puerto completo con una válvula de alivio de presión y puede instalarse en lugar de un tanque de expansión. La válvula de alivio del TER-1 está configurada de fábrica para una presión de alivio de 125 psi. Esta válvula está diseñada para usarse donde la presión de la línea de suministro no excede los 200 psi cuando está aislada y es adecuada para servicio de agua fría o caliente (hasta 180 grados F).
