El termostato digital programable será un Braeburn 2220NC número 2220NC, 3,62” de alto x 4,72” de ancho x 1,38” de profundidad, alimentado de forma independiente con 24 voltios de CA o con dos baterías alcalinas “aa” (3,0 voltios de CC). El termostato será compatible con sistemas convencionales multietapa con hasta dos etapas de calefacción y una etapa de refrigeración y sistemas de bomba de calor con un compresor y hasta una etapa auxiliar. El termostato tendrá una pantalla con retroiluminación azul brillante y una subbase separada para una instalación sin problemas. El rango de control de temperatura debe estar entre 45° y 90° F (7° y 32° c), precisión de +/- 1° F (+/- 0,5° c), rango de humedad entre 5% y 95% de humedad relativa. El termostato incluirá memoria no volátil para conservar todas las configuraciones del usuario y del programa, límites de temperatura ajustables, monitor de verificación de filtro, modo de recuperación adaptativa (brazo), tiempos y temperaturas de programa de punto de ajuste de calefacción y refrigeración separados e indicador de calor auxiliar. El termostato tendrá una indicación de batería baja y un botón de reinicio frontal devolverá la configuración del usuario a los valores predeterminados cuando se presione.
