Project Source PS-WHL-PL provides an economical method to help protect your home's water using appliances and fixtures from the negative effects of sand, soil, silt, sediment, dirt, and rust in your home's water supply. Designed to fit Project Source housings (PS-WHL-H), provides protection in homes requiring higher flow rates (3 or more bathrooms). This "universal fit" filter can also be used in many other manufacturer's standard filter housings like AO-WH-PREL and WHKF-DWHBB, formerly availble from Lowe's. Used in the incoming water line to filter all of your home's water. In addition to filter options that specialize in particulate reduction, Project Source also offers designs to reduce sediment and improve taste.

  • Pleated design provides high surface area, to hold more particles.

  • Universal fit - for large diameter 10" x 4.5" high flow whole house drop in style filter housings

  • Filters down to 20 microns, smaller than a white blood cell

  • Designed for 3 months use in most water conditions - may require more frequent changes in some areas

  • PS-WHL-PL is certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material requirements only.

  • Fits PS-WHL-H, AO-WH-PREL, WHKF-DWHBB and other large diameter filter housings
