Rheem Commercial Universal Gas Water Heaters are designed to fit into tight retrofit applications and have the features and capacity to meet heavy duty demands. The tighter the commercial retrofit, the more you will appreciate how the Universal's compact size and multiple water connections simplify installations. • Easy to service: factory installed full port, full flow brass drain valve allows for faster draining and servicing and hand-hole cleanout for easy removal of lime/sediment deposits
• Direct spark to pilot ignition system: Saves energy by igniting only when there is a call for heat
• Built-in corrosion resistance: patented anode design utilizes multiple magnesium rods to ensure corrosion resistance for a long tank life
• Fully insulated: energy saving sag and moisture proof fiberglass insulation surrounds the storage tank and heavy mineral wool insulation surrounds the combustion chamber
