Using your own Bluetooth® connected heart rate monitor, ActivePulse technology can adjust your treadmill’s speed and incline to make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone. Embedded controls allow you to self-adjust your speed between 0-12 MPH and your incline up to 12% if you ever need to change the difficulty of your iFIT workout.
