Project Source PS-WHS-PL2 provides an economical method to help protect your home's appliances and fixtures from sand, soil, silt, sediment, dirt, and rust in your home's water supply. Designed to fit Project Source housings (PS-WHS-HV and PS-WHS-H). This "universal fit" filter can also be used in many other manufacturer's standard filter housings like AO-WH-PREV, AO-WH-PRE, WHKF-DWH and WHKF-DWHV, formerly availble from Lowe's. Used in the incoming water line to filter all of your home's water. In additiona to filter options that specialize in particulate reduction, Project Source also offers designs to reduce sediment and improve taste.

  • Pleated design provides high surface area, to hold more particles.

  • Universal fit - 10-in x 2.5 standard housings like GE, Culligan, Dupont, Brita, Whirlpool and others

  • Filters down to 20 microns, smaller than a white blood cell

  • Designed for 3 months use in most water conditions - may require more frequent changes in some areas

  • PS-WHS-PL2 is certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material requirements only.

  • Fits PS-WHS-H, PS-WHS-HV, AO-WH-PRE, AO,WH-PREV, WHKF-DWHV, WHKF-DWH and most standard size housings

  • Approximately 10" length, 2.5" diameter, universal size to fit many standard housings

  • For cold water use only; Do not use on hot water lines
