Automatische Gasabsperrventile der Serie LF210-5 sind zwangsläufige Energieabsperrventile für den Nottemperaturschutz von Gaswarmwasserbereitern. Sie sind eigenständige, von allen anderen Bedienelementen unabhängige Geräte. Sie bieten Schutz vor Überhitzung des Wassers in Warmwasserbereitungssystemen, indem sie die Gaszufuhr zum Heizgerät automatisch unterbrechen, wenn die Wassertemperatur 210 °F (99 °C) erreicht. Die Serie LF210-5 muss manuell zurückgesetzt werden, um den Heizbetrieb wieder aufzunehmen. Diese Funktion dient als Warnung vor Fehlfunktionen der normalen Betriebssteuerung. Die Modelle LFL210-5 M2, LFLL210-5 M2 und LFLLL210-5 M2 verfügen über verlängerte Schäfte für eine bis zu 2 Zoll dicke Isolierung zur Verwendung mit der neuen Generation von Warmwasserbereitern mit extra dicker Isolierung.

  • Sitz – Der Sitz aus Buna N-Scheibe und Metall gewährleistet eine sichere Abdichtung zum Absperren des Gasflusses zum Brenner bei hohen Wassertemperaturen
  • Reset-Taste – Nach dem Betrieb bei hoher Temperatur muss die Gasabsperrung manuell zurückgesetzt (geöffnet) werden. Wenn Sie den Reset-Knopf bis zum Anschlag drücken und dann loslassen, öffnet sich das Ventil und ermöglicht den erneuten Gasfluss zum Brenner
  • Auslöseverriegelungsbaugruppe – Die Schnappverriegelung gibt das Ventil bei einer definierten kontrollierten Temperatur in den geschlossenen Zustand frei. Federsitzventil aus Edelstahl, wenn die Auslöseverriegelung das Ventil in die geschlossene Position gibt
  • Thermostat – Betätigt die Auslösesperre als Reaktion auf die Wassertemperatur.
