• Ölfüllung: 8 Pints (3,8 Liter)
Der Ölstand bei allen 06D-Kompressoren sollte 1/4 bis 3/4 des Schauglases betragen. ( Wenn das Kompressorsystem mindestens 24 Stunden in Betrieb war, werden die genauesten Ölstände bei ausgeschaltetem Kompressor gemessen. Der Ölstand im Schauglas kann durch die Drehung des Fahrwerks beeinflusst werden .)
Die Viskosität der in den Kolbenkompressoren von Carlyle verwendeten Öle beträgt ISO 68 (Centistoke) für alle POE-Öle und 150 Saybolt Seconds Universal (150 SSU oder 150 SUS) bzw. ISO 32 für Mineral- und Alkylbenzolöle. Die Verwendung von Ölen mit anderer Viskosität ohne Genehmigung der technischen Abteilung von Carlyle führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie. ( Ohne schriftliche Genehmigung der technischen Abteilung von Carlyle sind keine Ölzusätze zulässig. Die Verwendung nicht zugelassener Zusätze führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie. )
Die folgenden POLYOL-ESTER (POE) -Öle sind für HFCs zugelassen ( Hinweis: Alle HFC/POE-Anwendungen erfordern eine Kurbelgehäuseheizung. ):
