Amerlite-Leuchten verfügen über prismatische Hartglaslinsen für optimale Lichtstreuung. Sie verfügen außerdem über eine wärmeempfindliche Abschaltung zum Schutz vor niedrigem Wasserstand. Und ihr Design ermöglicht einen Glühbirnenwechsel, ohne den Wasserstand zu senken.
