Das Test- und Verfolgungskit mit Ton und Sonde ermöglicht einfaches Tonen und Verfolgen von nicht unter Spannung stehenden Kabeln. Der benutzerfreundliche Tongenerator verfolgt Kabel, wenn er mit der mitgelieferten Sonde verwendet wird. Krokodilklemmen sind für nicht angeschlossene Kabel und ein RJ45-zu-RJ45-Kabel zum Tonen oder Testen von Datenkabeln im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die reaktionsschnelle Sonde ist ein Tonverfolger mit einer langlebigen, nicht metallischen, leitfähigen Spitze, einem Lautsprecher mit hörbarem Ausgang und Kopfhörerbuchsen für den Einsatz in lauten Umgebungen (Kopfhörer nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Die Arbeitsleuchte an der Sonde beleuchtet dunkle Bereiche. Toner und Sonde führen zusammen einen Pin-zu-Pin-Drahtzuordnungstest durch.
