Der RT250 ist ein Steckdosentester, der die Verdrahtungsbedingungen an einer Steckdose testet und GFCI-Geräte überprüft. Das LCD zeigt die Spannung an, identifiziert den Verdrahtungsfehler und die zum Auslösen eines GFCI-Geräts erforderliche Zeit. Er ist für die Verwendung mit nordamerikanischen 3-adrigen 120-V-Steckdosen vorgesehen.
